Silver wire rope in 3-16mm thickness, thimble/thimble with turnbuckle DIN 1480 eye/eyelet

Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 6x19 and 6x37. These are 6 strands with 19 or 37 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at both ends with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. In addition, the wire rope is captively swaged with a DIN 1480 turnbuckle with eyelets and metric M6, M8, M10, M12, M14 and M20 threads.

High safety standard: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. The working load of the tensioning rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is swaged according to DIN-EN 12385-4. Versatile uses: The wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in trade, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding, among others. Especially with the help of the turnbuckle, the wire rope can be tightened and the elastic effect can be regulated.
