Silver wire rope in 4-8mm thickness, thimble with hook

Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x19 and , which are 7 strands with 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at both ends with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. In addition, the wire rope is crimped with a hook with spring safety device.

High safety standard: The working load of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is grouted in accordance with DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: Wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, among others. Especially hooks with spring safety device optimally serve as load suspension of various objects, but can also be used as forestry rope.

Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and additionally fastened with snap hooks, shackles or quick links.
