Black wire rope set 1 with 2mm - 6mm ropes

Our black steel wire ropes comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope class 7x19, which means 7 strands with 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The black wire rope set is available in 2mm - 8mm thickness. In addition, the scope of delivery includes eight wire rope clamps for the creation of end connections, as well as two thimbles matching the thickness of the ordered rope.

Tested quality: We use only high-quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: Our wire rope sets are ideally suited for self-assembly, in which case the U-clamps are tightened, using a suitable wrench. Self-assembly also allows you to determine the size of the loops at the ends.

Important safety note: Self-assembled wire rope end connections often do not comply with the DIN European standard. Proper assembly of the wire rope set is of great importance, please contact us if there are any questions.
