Stainless steel rope in 0.54mm - 10mm thickness with annealing separation and loop

Our salt water resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each.

The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability.

The stainless steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a loop according to DIN specifications and have the size of the rope diameter factor 15. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch or in rope clamps as easy as possible.

High safety standard: The working load of the stainless steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: For our stainless steel wire ropes we use only high quality industrial steel made of V4A AISI 316 stainless steel. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.

Versatile applications: Stainless steel ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, among others. In addition, they continue to be used as a decorative element in garden or shop window areas.

Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and fixed with rope clamps.
