Stainless Steel Rope Black in 1,5mm - 6mm Thickness with Stainless Steel Press Clips and Loops

Our black & salt water resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The steel cable is crimped at one end with a black crimping clamp made of V4A stainless steel and a loop with an inner height of 15 times the cable diameter. At the other end, the steel cable is annealed to make fixing in a cable clamp or winch as easy as possible.

High safety standard: The payload of the black stainless steel rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is swaged according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: For our black stainless steel wire ropes with stainless steel crimping clamps, we only use high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel, which allows the wire ropes to be exposed to harsh weather conditions for a long period of time. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. In several test trials, the following minimum breaking forces of the stainless steel ropes could be determined:

• 1.5mm: 139kg
• 2mm: 248kg
• 3mm: 521kg
• 4mm: 926kg
• 5mm: 1.448kg
• 6mm: 2.085kg

Attention. When specifying the minimum breaking load, no safety factor is taken into account. The working load of the stainless steel ropes is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load. You can find the detailed test reports under "Test reports" on the article page.

Versatile uses: The stainless steel ropes are used for securing, tensioning, lifting and suspending suitable loads, among others, in the craft or private sector indoors and outdoors.

Various extension options: The black stainless steel cable can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and fastened with snap hooks, shackles or quick links.
