Stainless Steel Turnbuckle Nut DIN 1478 M5 - M10

Our saltwater resistant turnbuckle nuts made of V4A AISI 316 stainless steel consist of an open turnbuckle sleeve with metric right and left hand internal threads. The turnbuckle sleeves comply with DIN 1478 and are available in sizes M4, M5, M6, M8, M10 and M12.

Tested quality: The polished turnbuckle nuts in closed sleeves are made of high-quality V4A stainless steel and can be used in difficult weather conditions due to their very high corrosion resistance.

Easy handling: with the help of the internal right and left hand threads, turnbuckle nuts can be tightened very easily and quickly.

Versatile applications: Stainless steel turnbuckles can be optimally used as a fastener to tension steel cables using threaded terminals. Due to its seawater resistance, shroud turnbuckles are increasingly used in shipping, water sports, the food industry or even in mechanical engineering.

Please note that cold welding or seizing of the threads can occur during the assembly of V4A stainless steel connections, to prevent this reaction the stainless steel assembly paste should be applied to the threads before assembly.
