Our rope clamps for the production of rope end connections are available in galvanised, black or stainless steel. You can choose from a selection of five different shapes: Bolt clamps, Press clamps, Egg-shaped clamps, Simplex and Duplex clamps.
For wire rope clamps in bracket shape, it is imperative to ensure correct installation: According to DIN specifications, at least 2 rope clamps per side must be fitted for rope diameters up to 6mm and at least 3 rope clamps per side for diameters from 8mm to 16mm. The rope end connections should be checked at regular intervals for wear, improper use and general suitability. Furthermore, care should be taken to place all the shackles on the same side as the end of the rope, as the saying goes: never saddle a dead horse! The shackle clamps comply with DIN EN 741 up to a rope diameter of 4mm and with DIN EN 13411-5 from a diameter of 5mm.

The pressing clamps comply with DIN EN 13411-3 and can be pressed using suitable striking tools, screwdrivers or pressing pliers. Please note that custom-made rope end connections often do not comply with the DIN-European standard.
