PVC black coated wire rope in 3mm - 8mm thickness, loop/loop with combination lock

Our black plastic-coated steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope class 7x19, which means 7 strands with 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at both ends with a loop, additionally the crimping clamp is also surrounded with a PVC coating, so that no scratches are left on objects. A combination lock is also included in the scope of delivery. A 3-digit combination lock is supplied for wire ropes with a thickness of 4mm, and a 4-digit combination lock for ropes with thicknesses of 6mm and 8mm.

Durable finish: The high quality, black sheathed wire rope is surrounded by a 1-2mm thick black plastic sheath to protect it from damage and dirt, as well as for easy handling. The PVC sheathing protects your items from abrasion and scratches.

Tested quality: we use only high quality industrial steel for our steel ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.

Versatile anti-theft protection: The black coated wire ropes can be used as anti-theft devices for garden furniture, patio furniture, baby carriages, bicycles, motorcycles or helmets. Handy combination lock: the combination lock is made of laminated zinc alloy and hardened steel shackle for strength and security. Setting a custom combination of the combination lock is very easy and is done in three steps. First, set the number combination to 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 in the place marked with dashes. After that, the shackle opens, which you now need to turn 180 degrees to the opposite side. Finally, you can press the handle down slightly and enter your desired combination.
