Black suspension rope with annealing separation in 1mm - 8mm thickness and thimble

Our black suspension ropes comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The suspension rope is pressed on one side with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing, for example in a suitable wire rope holder, as easy as possible.

High safety standard: The working load of the suspension rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high-quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: The wire ropes are used, among other things, in stage technology or in professional trade fair construction with the help of a wire rope gripper. In addition, they continue to be used as a decorative element in the garden or shop window area.
