Pulley stainless steel V2A AISI 304 with split pin

Our stainless pulleys made of V2A AISI 304 stainless steel with split pin and swivel hook are ideal for use with steel cables and any other form of rope.

High safety standard: The payload of the pulleys is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the actual breaking force. Using several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, the following breaking loads were determined:

• 50mm idler pulley: 4,000kg breaking load.
• 75mm idler pulley: 5,500kg breaking load.

A works certificate according to EN 10204, 2.2 can be supplied for their application.

Tested quality: The pulleys for many types of ropes are made of high quality stainless steel and can be exposed to difficult weather conditions due to their corrosion resistance. The use of the pulleys in indoor as well as outdoor areas is possible without hesitation.

Easy handling: With the help of the splint, the pulley can be easily and quickly released from the housing, so that even ropes with crimps can be inserted.

Versatile applications: The block rope pulleys are equipped with a swivel hook, which allows the pulley to be rotated 360° around its own axis and securely mounted on suitable anchor points. The pulleys can be used for a very large number of ropes and wire ropes due to the large pulley.
