Stainless Steel Rope Black Plastic Coated in 3-6mm Thickness, Loop/loop with combination lock

Our black PVC coated stainless steel wire rope made of high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel is classified as 7x7 (3mm) and 7x19 (4mm & 6mm), this is a rope construction with 7 strands and 7 or 19 individual wires each. This construction makes the wire rope quite flexible. The stainless steel wire rope serves optimally for securing in various applications and is increasingly used in outdoor applications due to its high corrosion protection. The steel wire rope is pressed into a loop at both ends with a sheathed ferrule to protect their objects from abrasion and scratches. In addition, the stainless steel cable is equipped with a combination lock. A 3-digit combination lock is supplied for the stainless steel cables with thicknesses of 3mm and 4mm, and a 4-digit combination lock for the cable with thickness 6mm.

The loops are uniformly pressed according to DIN specifications and have the size of the rope diameter factor 15, thus resulting in the following loop heights and widths:

• 3mm (2 on 3): 43mm loop height inside, 20mm loop width inside
• 4mm (3 on 4): 46mm loop height inside, 20mm loop width inside
• 6mm (4 to 6): 67mm loop height inside, 28mm loop width inside

High quality workmanship: to protect against wire breakage and injury, the stainless steel cable is wrapped with a 1-2mm thick black PVC plastic sheath. The numbers in the brackets in the offer describe the thickness of the steel cable without and with sheathing. For example, 6mm (4 on 6): The steel cable without sheathing has a diameter of 4mm, including plastic sheathing the diameter is 6mm.

Tested quality: we only use high quality V4A stainless steel for our sheathed stainless steel ropes, so we can guarantee acid and sea water resistance.

Handy combination lock: the combination lock is made of laminated zinc alloy and hardened steel shackle for strength and security. Setting a custom combination of the combination lock is very easy and is done in three steps. First, set the number combination to 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 in the place marked with dashes. After that, the shackle opens, which you now need to turn 180 degrees to the opposite side. Finally, you can press the bar down slightly and enter your desired combination.
