Reutlinger® Wire Rope Holders Type50SV III & Type80SV III with thread for 4mm - 8mm ropes

The black galvanized wire rope holders made in Germany by Reutlinger® consist of an elongated body with metric M12 or M20 thread and a knurled nozzle nut. With the nozzle nut turned on, wire and steel ropes can be continuously adjusted in length and then fixed with the tightened nozzle. The Reutlinger® wire rope holders are used to suspend suitable working loads from wire ropes and to adjust them variably in height without the need for further tools. With the help of the thread, suitable components such as ring nuts, clamps or hooks can be attached quickly and securely. Reutlinger® Wire Rope Grippers are mainly used in measurement construction and event technology.

Tested quality: Reutlinger® Wire Rope Grippers can be used for 4mm, 5mm, 6mm & 8mm steel wire ropes with a minimum strength of 1.770 N/mm². Using calibrated universal tensile testing machines, the following breaking forces of Reutlinger® wire rope grips could be determined:

• Type50 SVIII: 1.314kg
• Type80 SVIII: 3.047kg

Attention. The breaking forces of the wire rope supports are given without safety factor. The working loads of the wire rope holders are indicated with a 10-fold safety factor to the load capacity and are additionally marked on the wire rope holders with an elaborate surface laser marking. Easy handling: With the help of the locking nut and the 6-ball mechanism, the suspended load can be easily and quickly adjusted in height. The nozzle nut, which is screwed shut, fixes the wire rope holder on the rope and prevents it from slipping. The suspension rope is not damaged during this process.

BGV C1 guidelines: Reutlinger® wire rope holders are officially approved as a system for suspension in the event area for loads above persons of the DGUV regulation 17 (BGV C1). The wire rope holders also have a TÜV certificate. Please note that wire rope holders must not be used for dynamic loads.

High-quality suspension: Due to the black coloring, the wire rope holders make a very high-quality impression visually and do not stand out outside the stage lighting.
