Garage door pull rope in 2-5mm thickness with round clamp and thimble

Our galvanized wire ropes for garage doors comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 6x19. These are 6 or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The garage door pull cable is pressed on one end with a thimble DIN 6899 form B, on the other end the steel cable is equipped with a round press clamp to hook the wire rope into a wire rope winch.

Customized length production: The wire ropes for garage doors are offered in four different thicknesses and length ranges. After selecting the length range, the exact desired dimension can be entered in the field provided. The garage door pull ropes will then be manufactured individually for you within 1-2 working days.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our steel cables. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.

Versatile applications: The wire ropes can be optimally used as pull ropes for various doors of different manufacturers and door widths, in case a garage door rope is torn or ready to be discarded.
