Mini 2-in-1 Crimping Pliers & Wire Rope Shears for 0.5mm - 2mm ropes

Our mini crimping pliers are a versatile tool, ideal for crimping and cutting wire ropes with diameters of 0.5mm - 2mm in thickness. The pliers are equipped with four different crimping dies, two cutting blades, robust steel connecting elements and lightweight handles for easy handling.

The crimping pliers are ideal for crimping oval and round aluminium and copper crimp sleeves in thicknesses of 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm. The integrated wire cutters enable precise cutting of steel and wire ropes up to 2mm in diameter and guarantee a clean cut.

Tested quality: Our manual ferrule crimping tool has been thoroughly tested: When crimped 2-3 times with aluminium and copper ferrules, the following breaking forces were determined for wire ropes:

• 0.5mm: 16kg (Caution! With 1mm ferrule crimped)
• 1mm: 107kg
• 1.5mm: 203kg
• 2mm: 316kg

Note: Please note that no safety factor is taken into account in the breaking force specifications. For your application, you should plan for a safety factor of at least 5 times the possible payload. Detailed test reports are available on the article page under ‘Test reports’. The wire rope crimping pliers are not suitable for stainless steel ferrules. For stainless steel ropes with stainless steel ferrules, we recommend our hydraulic crimping pliers.

Easy to use: Weighing just 370g and with a compact length of 28cm, the pliers fit comfortably in the hand and are quick and easy to use. Thanks to the 2-in-1 function, ferrules can be crimped onto wire ropes and the rope can be cleanly cut with the side cutters at the same time.
