Mast Plate Oval Stainless Steel V2A AISI 304 with 2x pan head screws

Our smallest eye plates in the form of oval mast plates made of V2A AISI 304 stainless steel are optimally suited as narrow fasteners for any type of steel cables.

Tested quality: The stainless steel eye plates are made of high quality stainless steel and can, due to the corrosion resistance, also be exposed to difficult weather conditions. Due to the closed shackle, the eye plates can demonstrate very high breaking forces. With the help of calibrated universal tensile testing machines, the eye plates were fastened to pine wood with the supplied pan-head screws, and the following minimum breaking forces were determined:

45x15mm: 558kg

60x20mm: 540kg

80x25mm: 713kg

100x36mm: 682kg

In all the test trials, the screws were pulled out of the pine wood, no bracket suffered significant damage.

Attention. No safety factor is taken into account when specifying the minimum breaking load, at least a 3-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load should be included in the application. The detailed test reports can be found under "Test reports" on the article page.

Easy handling: The mast plates are supplied with two matching stainless steel pan head screws to ensure quick installation. The mast plates can be quickly fastened to suitable anchor points in the wood or to any substrate with suitable dowels using a suitable screwdriver. A packaging unit always consists of 1x eye plate and 2x matching screws.

Versatile applications: Stainless steel eye plates serve perfectly as a fastening option for a wide variety of applications, such as fastening stainless steel tension cables, hanging decorations, flower pots from the ceiling or fastening clotheslines.
