Silver traction rope in 2-3mm thickness for 25, 50 and 100m lanes

Our galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 6x19. These are 6 or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at one end with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. In addition, a quick-connect link to DIN 56927 is included in the scope of delivery. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch as easy as possible.

High safety standard: The payload of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. For your application a works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued.
