Straight black shackles with eyebolt with 80kg - 300kg payload

Our black colored shackles are equipped with an eyebolt, which is screwed into the thread of the straight U-shaped body. The chain shackles are assigned to form B of the shackle classes.

High safety standard: The working load of the straight shackle is specified with a 6-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load.

Tested quality: With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to EN 10204, 2.2 can be supplied for their application.

Easy handling: Due to the screwed-in eyebolt, the shackle hooks can be quickly and easily mounted or dismounted on various anchor points.

Versatile applications: Shackles with eyebolts are generally used for short- to medium-term installation to attach wire ropes to suitable anchor points. Black shackles can be used in dark areas without attracting attention. However, these straight shackles should not be used for lifting loads.
