Stainless steel rope plastic coated in 3-10mm thickness with shroud tensioner and eye terminal

Our coated stainless steel wire rope made of high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel is classified as 7x7 (3mm) and 7x19 (4mm - 10mm), this is 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The stainless steel wire rope is pressed on one end with a V4A stainless steel shroud tensioner with fork to be able to tension the stainless steel rope. At the other end, the rope is pressed with a V4A eye terminal (roller terminal) to be able to attach it to suitable fasteners.

When using the shroud tensioner, please make sure to lubricate the threads with stainless steel assembly paste before tensioning. The stainless steel assembly paste prevents seizing or cold welding of stainless steel threads. 

High quality workmanship: the stainless steel cable is surrounded by a 1-2mm thick transparent plastic sheath to protect against wire breakage or injury. The numbers in the brackets in the offer describe the thickness of the steel cable without and with sheathing. For example, 6mm (4 on 6): The steel cable is 4mm thick without sheathing and 6mm thick including plastic sheathing. The stainless steel ropes are made to your exact centimeter and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Tested quality: For our coated steel ropes we use only high quality V4A stainless steel and can therefore guarantee acid and seawater resistance. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.

Versatile applications: Our coated stainless steel cables can be used for suitable guy wires for sun sails, for facade greening or for stair railings. Due to their corrosion resistance, stainless steel cables are increasingly used in outdoor applications.
