Product information "Stainless Steel Wire Sling with Loops"

Stainless steel rope in 0.5 - 10mm thickness, loop/loop

Our saltwater resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped with a loop at both ends.

High safety standard: The working load of the stainless steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: Stainless steel ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, among others. In addition, they continue to be used as a decorative element in garden or shop window areas.

Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and fastened with snap hooks, shackles or quick links.

Which diameter do the ions of the wire rope have?
The loops of the wire ropes are pressed uniformly according to DIN specifications and have the size of the cable diameter factor 15, so that the following loop heights and widths: 1mm rope thickness: 15mm loop height inside, 7mm loop width inside |1.5mm rope thickness: 23mm loop height inside, 15mm loop width inside |2mm rope thickness: 30mm loop height inside, 15mm loop width inside |3mm rope thickness: 45mm loop height inside, 22m loop width inside |4mm rope thickness: 60mm loop height inside, 29mm loop width indoor |5mm rope thickness: 75m loop height inside, 34mm loop width inside |6mm rope thickness: 90mm loop height inside, 38mm loop width inside |8mm rope thickness: 120mm loop height inside, 56mm loop width inside
Is it possible to lead a loop through the other loop?
Yes, the loop size allows a loop to pull through the other loop.
Are the dimensions to be measured from end of loop to end of loop or from beginning of sleeper to beginning of loop (so the rope itself)? Many thanks in advance :)
The specified length refers to the complete useful length from the load pick-up point of the loop to the load pick-up point of the loop. Under the technical details you will find a representation for the length specification of the wire rope.
On which minimum diameter can the loops of the wire ropes be pressed together?
The minimum loop width per rope diameter is listed below: 1mm rope thickness: 3mm minimum loop width |1.5mm rope thickness: 7mm minimum loop width |2mm rope thickness: 8mm minimum loop width |3mm rope thickness: 15mm minimum loop width |4mm rope thickness: 19mm minimum loop width |5mm rope thickness: 26mm minimum loop width |6mm rope thickness: 33mm minimum loop width |8mm rope thickness: 43mm minimum loop width
