Stainless steel wire rope in 1-10mm thickness, thimble/loop

Our saltwater resistant stainless steel wire ropes made of VA4 AISI 316 stainless steel comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. At one end, the wire rope is crimped with a suitable stainless steel thimble according to DIN 6899 to protect the wire rope at the load bearing point. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is crimped with an eyelet according to DIN specifications and have the loop size of the rope diameter factor 15.

 High safety standard: The working load of the stainless steel cable is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is grouted according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our stainless steel ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.

 Versatile applications: The seawater-resistant stainless steel wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the craft, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding industries, among others. Due to the use of V4A stainless steel, outdoor use is very popular, the quality of stainless steel wire rope will not suffer under any circumstances.

Various extension options: The product can, of course, be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and fastened with snap hooks, shackles or quick links.
