Stainless steel rope in 3-6mm thickness with an internal thread terminal

Our saltwater resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 1x19, 7x7 and 7x19, these are one or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each.The stainless steel ropes with the construction 1x19 are considered "stiff" and less flexible due to the low number of individual wires.The constructions 7x7 and 7x19, however, offer, due to the high number of individual wires, a high flexibility. The threaded terminals have a right-handed internal thread, but left-handed threads can of course also be pressed on request. At the other end, the stainless steel wire is neatly cut off so that a separate end connection of individual length can be attached. With the help of wire rope clamps or terminals for self-assembly, such an end connection can be made on site.

Tested quality: For our stainless steel wire ropes we only use high quality industrial steel with the premium quality V4A AISI 316, thus the stainless steel wire rope is both salt water and acid resistant. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
