Stainless steel rope in 3-6mm thickness with screw terminal and lens head terminal

Our salt water resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 1x19, 7x7 and 7x19, these are one or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. Stainless steel ropes with the 1x19 construction are considered "stiff" and less flexible due to the low number of individual wires. 7x7 and 7x19 constructions, on the other hand, offer high flexibility due to the high number of individual wires. The wire rope is crimped on one end with a stainless steel threaded terminal with metric thread M6, M8, M10 or M12. At the other end, the rope is crimped with a lens head terminal to be able to attach it to suitable anchor points.

Tested quality: For our stainless steel wire ropes we only use high quality industrial steel with the premium quality V4A AISI 316, thus the stainless steel wire rope is both salt water and acid resistant. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Individual length production: We manufacture your stainless steel wire ropes with threaded terminal and lenticular terminal to fit exactly for you. Simply select the desired length range of your required length and write your desired length in the comment field provided. The underlying dimensions, please refer to the technical details.

Versatile applications: Stainless steel ropes can be used for suitable guy wires, for example, as a filler rope in a wire rope railing. Due to its corrosion resistance, stainless steel ropes are increasingly used in outdoor applications.

Easy extension options: Our stainless steel wire ropes with a lens head and thread terminal can of course be combined with matching stainless steel nuts or washers from the store of Drahtseile24. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have an understanding issue for the mass-creating stainless steel cable 3mm with thread terminal (GT) and lens head terminal (LKT).Installation between 2 fixed angular posts. The GT must be pulled through the bore of the LKt.1.The diameter.of the GT is 7 mm.2. The diameter. The LKT is 5.5 mm.So you have to drill the LKT bore from min 7 mm and use larger washers?
Their analysis is correct, but the head of the lens head terminal has a diameter of 9mm and is thus not pulled through the 7mm hole.
Hello, are the two final terminals included in the ordered rope length?
The specified length (desired measure) refers to the complete use length of end threads to the load-bearing of the lens head.Among the technical details you will find a presentation for the length of the wire rope.
