Silver wire rope with annealing separation in 4-10mm thickness, thimble and shackle

Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope classes 6x19, 7x19 and 6x37. These are 6 or 7 strands with 19 or 37 wires each.

The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability.

The wire rope is crimped at one end with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch as easy as possible.

In addition, a welded, high-strength shackle with colored eyebolt is included in the scope of delivery.

High safety standard: The working load of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4. From a rope diameter of 8mm, a marking, according to the mentioned DIN, takes place on the crimping clamp.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or an informative test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: The wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding, among others. Especially as a deflected hoisting or winch rope, provided that the sheave diameter is ≥ 20 of the rope diameter, the wire rope is used.
