PVC coated wire rope in 3-12mm thickness, loop/cut

Our galvanized and PVC coated steel wire ropes are classified as 6x7 and 6x19, which are 6 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at one end with a loop with an inner loop height 15 times the rope diameter. At the other end, the steel cable is cleanly cut to make threading into a wire rope clamp as easy as possible.

Durable finish: the high quality wire rope is encased in a 1-2mm thick transparent plastic sheath to protect against damage and dirt, and for ease of handling. The PVC sheathing protects items from abrasions and scratches.

Tested quality: we use only high quality industrial steel for our plastic coated steel ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance.

Optimal self-assembly: Since the wire ropes are only swaged on one side, they can be optimally used for self-assembly with suitable rope clamps. The length can be individually adjusted and the sheathed steel cable can be tensioned to the desired length using a tensioning element, for example, or fastened with a snap hook.
