Used in conjunction with a railing wire and a shroud turnbuckle or threaded terminal, Pelican Hooks can be used to quickly and easily open and close the railing.

Captive Eye: The Pelican Hooks can be opened very easily and quickly with the help of the quick release, but cannot open by themselves. Due to the metric internal thread, the hooks can be captive connected to a threaded steel cable.
