Black wire rope ladder type Riggla®

Our black steel wire rope ladder type Riggla® consists of profiled, 30mm wide aluminum rungs with concealed round clamps on parallel guided suspension ropes. The 4mm thick suspension ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope class 7x19, i.e. 7 strands with 19 wires each. The rope ladder is crimped on both sides with thimbles DIN 6899 form B and on the top side there are captive quick-connect links according to DIN 56927 type B. The rope ladder has a total length of 5.04m, a clear distance of 305mm between the suspension ropes and a rung spacing of 315mm.

Easy handling: Due to the very low total weight of 3.5kg and the possibility to connect the wire rope ladder with other wire rope ladders, a larger connection is possible.

High safety standard: The payload of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is grouted according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: Among other things, wire rope ladders are used in event operations at concerts, sports and TV productions indoors and outdoors. In addition, they continue to be used where the use of static ladders, scaffolding or aerial work platforms is not possible.

Important safety instructions: When installing rope ladders, make sure that the area below the installation site cannot be walked on by people, due to falling tools. A rope ladder may only be climbed by a maximum of one person. The instructions in the supplied operating manual must be observed.
