Stainless Steel Rope Black in 1,5mm - 6mm thickness with thimble & loop

Our black colored & salt water resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at both ends with black V4A stainless steel crimping clips, at one end with a loop and at one end with a rope thimble.

High safety standard: The working load of the stainless steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: For our black stainless steel wire ropes with stainless steel swage clamps, we use only high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel, which allows the wire ropes to be exposed to harsh weather conditions for a long period of time. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. In several test trials, the following minimum breaking forces of the stainless steel ropes could be determined:

• 1.5mm: 139kg
• 2mm: 248kg
• 3mm: 521kg
• 4mm: 926kg
• 5mm: 1.448kg
• 6mm: 2.085kg

Attention. When specifying the minimum breaking load, no safety factor is taken into account. The working load of the stainless steel ropes is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load. You can find the detailed test reports under "Test reports" on the article page.

Versatile uses: The rustproof, black stainless steel ropes are used in commercial or private areas indoors and outdoors, as a holding rope or for securing. In addition, they are further used as a decorative element in the garden ,shop window area or in architecture.

Various extension options: The black stainless steel rope with thimble and loop can of course be tensioned with matching turnbuckles and secured with snap hooks, shackles or quick links.
