Stainless steel rope in 2mm - 6mm thickness with wood thread terminals with right and left hand thread

Our saltwater-resistant stainless steel ropes A4 (AISI 316) comply with DIN European standard 13414-1 and are categorised in rope classes 1x19, 7x7 and 7x19, i.e. one or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires respectively. Stainless steel ropes with the 1x19 construction are considered "stiff" and less flexible due to the low number of individual wires, whereas the 7x7 and 7x19 constructions offer a high degree of flexibility due to the high number of individual wir The stainless steel cable is crimped at both ends with a stainless steel threaded terminal with a wooden thread so that it can be fastened directly in the wood or with a suitable dowel in the masonry. A wooden threaded terminal has a right-hand thread and a wooden threaded terminal has a left-hand thread so that it can be tensioned.

When installing the stainless steel cable with wooden threaded terminals, please ensure that both wooden threaded terminals are screwed in at the same time, otherwise the steel cable will twist.
