For our tensioning ropes we distinguish three different possibilities: Tensioning ropes that are permanently connected to wire rope tensioners, wire rope sets with clamps and wire rope tensioners, and terminal ropes.

For tensioning ropes with permanently connected wire rope tensioners, the tension can be regulated using the wire rope tensioner. It should be noted that wire rope tensioners are either equipped with hooks and eyes or with eyes on both sides. offer a much higher payload than comparable tensioners with hooks and eyelets. As a standard, we offer the tensioning ropes in lengths from 0.5m to 50m, always measured from the load-bearing point of the thimble to the outer pick-up point of the tensioner at ¾ opening.

If you are looking for a wire rope for tensioning for your own installation, we recommend our Wire rope sets for tensioning. You can choose between galvanised, black, coated or stainless steel versions. The wire rope sets are equipped with one or two wire rope tensioners and can be purchased, depending on the application, in wire rope strengths of 2mm - 12mm and wire rope lengths up to 50m. Each wire rope set is equipped with 4x wire rope clamps per side (stainless steel sets 3x) to guarantee a firm attachment. According to DIN specifications, at least 2x wire rope clamps per side must be fitted for a rope diameter of up to 6mm and at least 3x wire rope clamps per side from 8mm - 16mm.

Alternatively, we offer you our absolute premium product, stainless steel ropes pressed with terminals, as an alternative tensioning rope. You receive the stainless steel ropes in eight different production variants and can specify your individual length with the help of the desired dimension field. The stainless steel ropes, for example as filling ropes for stair railings, are completely customised.
